Data Protection
Privacy Policy
How DKINC collects, uses, shares, secures and retains personal data across its websites and services.
Effective and last updated: 5 October 2026
1. Data fiduciary and scope
DKInc Digital India Pvt. Ltd. is responsible for personal data processed through dkincglobal.com and participating DKINC services where it determines the purpose and means of processing. A portal-specific notice may supplement this policy.
2. Data we collect
- identity and contact data, such as name, email, phone and organization;
- account, profile, preference and authentication data;
- order, invoice, subscription, fulfilment, refund and support records;
- transaction references and payment status supplied by payment providers, but not UPI PINs, card PINs, CVVs or OTPs;
- service inputs and outputs, including data submitted for certificates, reports, registries, archives or matching services;
- device, IP address, browser, logs, security events and approximate location inferred from IP; and
- communications, consent records and grievance correspondence.
3. Purposes and lawful use
We process data to provide and improve requested services, create accounts, fulfil contracts, process payments and refunds, communicate, prevent fraud, secure systems, maintain records, comply with tax/legal duties, resolve grievances and—where permitted and consented—send marketing. We limit collection to data reasonably necessary for these purposes.
4. Consent and choices
Where consent is the basis, it must be free, specific, informed and affirmative. You may withdraw consent using the method provided in the service or by contacting us. Withdrawal does not invalidate earlier lawful processing and may prevent a feature that genuinely requires the data. Transactional and legal communications are not marketing.
5. Payments
Payment credentials are entered into the applicable payment provider's environment. DKINC receives transaction identifiers, method/status, amount and reconciliation information required to complete and support the order. Payment providers process information under their own notices and regulated obligations.
6. Sharing
We share data only as reasonably necessary with hosting, email, analytics, security, customer-support, fulfilment, payment, professional-adviser and legal-compliance providers; with a participating portal needed to fulfil the customer's order; in a corporate transaction subject to safeguards; or when required by law. Providers are expected to process data for defined purposes and protect it. We do not sell personal data for money.
7. International processing
Our operations and providers may process data in India, the United States or other permitted locations. We use contractual and technical safeguards and observe applicable transfer restrictions. Data will not be transferred to a jurisdiction prohibited by competent Indian authority.
8. Retention
We retain data only as long as needed for the stated purpose, active account or contract, legal/tax limitation periods, fraud prevention, dispute resolution and establishment of claims. Payment and invoice records may be retained for statutory periods. Data is deleted or anonymized when no longer required, subject to backups cycling out under controlled schedules.
9. Security
We use proportionate access controls, encryption in transit, credential protection, logging, backups, vulnerability management and vendor controls. No system is risk-free. If a breach requires notification, we will notify affected persons and authorities as required by applicable law.
10. Cookies and analytics
Essential cookies support sessions, security and requested functionality. Analytics or preference technologies may measure performance and remember choices. Where law requires consent for non-essential cookies, those technologies should not operate before consent. Browser settings can restrict cookies but may affect service functions.
11. Children's data
Services not expressly designed for children are intended for persons capable of lawful use. Where a service processes a child's data, we require verifiable consent from a parent or lawful guardian and do not knowingly use children's data for tracking, behavioural monitoring or targeted advertising prohibited by law.
12. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to a summary of personal data and processing, correction or completion, erasure, withdrawal of consent, grievance redressal, and nomination of another person to exercise rights in the event of death or incapacity. Residents of other jurisdictions may have additional rights, including appeal or objection rights. We verify requests to protect accounts and other persons.
13. Your responsibilities
Provide accurate information, protect credentials, avoid submitting another person's data without authority, and notify us of unauthorized access. Do not send payment secrets such as OTPs, UPI PINs, card PINs or CVVs.
14. Privacy and grievance contact
Send privacy requests and grievances only by email to contact@dkincglobal.com. Use “India Grievance” or “United States Grievance” as appropriate so it reaches the regional contact identified in our Grievance Redressal Policy. We acknowledge consumer grievances within 48 hours and target redress within one month.
15. Changes
We date material updates and provide additional notice where appropriate. Changes apply prospectively unless law requires otherwise.
